The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Assessment, developed by Multi-Health Systems (MHS), is a tool used to assess an individual's emotional intelligence (EI) specifically in the context of leadership. Emotional intelligence in leadership refers to the ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions of others, in order to effectively lead and influence others. This bundle includes four total session with Ginnie Plauche, your coach. It is designed to be the platform for your Leadership Identity and Intentional living journey. Emotional Intelligence assessment, 90-minute debrief session, four 50 minute coaching sessions.

This session will include: a single 1:1 sixty minute coaching session focused on your goals.

6 month 1:1 Coaching Engagement

This Coaching Engagement includes: Twelve 1:1 coaching sessions: Each of these twelve sessions is offered in person when available or by Zoom. They are sixty minutes long and can be scheduled using the schedule button in your product library. Consistent and frequent coaching is the most effective way to see lasting results, so I recommend scheduling every two to three weeks at most. I realize things come up, and flexibility is needed; please communicate when exceptions are needed. In-Between Session Connection: This is access to me outside of our scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions. As needed, reach out to me via email or send me a quick text. Periodically, if needed, reach out, and let's connect by phone if you feel stuck and can’t wait until our next in-person conversation. Coach Accountable Goal Tracking: I am trying something new. I will send you an invite to create an account. Coach Accountable will have a recap of our session and my notes with your commitments and goals. Like a working document, we will use this to keep us on track moving forward towards your set goals. You will have access to your own coach-accountable account.
